What makes us different
Over the past 24 years, our Principal, Winslow Hayes, CRC, has performed over 600 notarial acts. In addition to being a highly experienced Notary Public, he is extremely familiar with Estate Planning and Real Estate documents, given his 35 years of experience as a Private Banker and Commercial Loan Officer. Winslow is licensed, insured against errors and omissions, and bonded.
Fees
We charge $10.00 for each instance a signature is notarized (as provided for under Washington State law). Additionally, we charge a minimum of $60.00 for notary travel during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). There may be additional charges if work is accepted outside regular business hours, for longer distances traveled, for extra costs anticipated (e.g., parking expenses, bridge tolls, ferry fares), etc.
